We create this by our inviting and relaxing decor, attentive but unobtrusive service; a mouth watering selection of cuisine from our homeland. It is you our guests who create the atmosphere and make The Viceroy what it is today. We believe that the creation of the finest meals begins with the selection of the best ingredients, so our Chefs take care to acquire daily the best produce available locally and the finest spices from around the world.

The Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine served here is an amalgam of old and new. The menu is a stunning repertoire of favorite Indian dishes of the last 30 years. Our 200 year old style of cooking known as the legendary Dum Pukt Indian Cuisine- was created by the Moguls. And, deemed so spectacular that until now only a handful of places in the world was able to successfully serve it.

Also, we are inspected by health and safety inspectors on 16th of August 2024. We are pleased to announce that we kept our food and hygiene rating 4. But, we are constantly monitoring and trying to ensure that we do maintain our food and safety standards.
